How to make chicken noodle (Mie ayam Bangka)

 



This chicken noodle is typical of overseas Bangka. Racinya in the form of noodles with a topping of chopped chicken seasoned soy sauce. Additional mustard and bean sprouts make it taste fresh good.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg wet egg noodles
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 250 g of chicken fat
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml of soy sauce
  • Chicken toppings:
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 300 g chicken meat, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Complements:
  • 4 sticks of sweet mustard, cut into pieces, boiled
  • 100 g bean sprouts, brew hot water, drain
  • red cayenne sauce
  • bottled chilli sauce
  • Gravy, boil into one:
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic, fried
  • 4 tbsp finely sliced leeks
  • 750 ml chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt


How to Make :

  1. Dipping sauce: Heat a frying pan, cook the chicken fat until melted.
  2. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Put soy sauce, mix well, turn off the heat. Transfer to a container and refrigerated.
  4. Chicken topping: Sauté garlic and shallots until wilted and fragrant.
  5. Add the minced sayam meat, stir until stiff.
  6. Add other seasonings, stir until the chicken is cooked. If it is too dry add a little water, bring to the boil then remove.
  7. Presentation:
  8. Bring the water to a boil, describe the chicken noodles, dip them for a while in hot water and remove and drain.
  9. In a serving bowl, put 1-2 tbsp dipping sauce, put the hot noodles, stir with chopsticks until smooth.
  10. Give Chicken Topping and Complement.
  11. Serve with the Gravy.
