Ingredients:
- 1 kg wet egg noodles
- Dipping Sauce
- 250 g of chicken fat
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- Chicken toppings:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 300 g chicken meat, cut into small pieces
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mushroom broth
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Complements:
- 4 sticks of sweet mustard, cut into pieces, boiled
- 100 g bean sprouts, brew hot water, drain
- red cayenne sauce
- bottled chilli sauce
- Gravy, boil into one:
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic, fried
- 4 tbsp finely sliced leeks
- 750 ml chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make :
- Dipping sauce: Heat a frying pan, cook the chicken fat until melted.
- Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Put soy sauce, mix well, turn off the heat. Transfer to a container and refrigerated.
- Chicken topping: Sauté garlic and shallots until wilted and fragrant.
- Add the minced sayam meat, stir until stiff.
- Add other seasonings, stir until the chicken is cooked. If it is too dry add a little water, bring to the boil then remove.
- Presentation:
- Bring the water to a boil, describe the chicken noodles, dip them for a while in hot water and remove and drain.
- In a serving bowl, put 1-2 tbsp dipping sauce, put the hot noodles, stir with chopsticks until smooth.
- Give Chicken Topping and Complement.
- Serve with the Gravy.
