Ingredients:
- 100 gr of chicken meat, diced
- 2 plates of rice
- Rough Ulek:
- 1 segment galangal
- 1 stick lemongrass, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- Cooking oil to taste
- 4 pieces of orange leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 lime, split into four parts
How to cook:
- Heat a little oil, sauté the chicken meat with a pinch of salt and pepper until discolored and cooked through. Drain.
- Sauté the tom yum seasoning until fragrant and cooked, add the oyster sauce, chilli sauce, mix well.
- Add the rice and mix well with the seasoning, insert the slices of orange leaves. Mix well.
- Serve with lime slices.
