How to make fried rice (nasi goreng Tom Yum)

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr of chicken meat, diced
  • 2 plates of rice
  • Rough Ulek:
  • 1 segment galangal
  • 1 stick lemongrass, thinly sliced
Other seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • Cooking oil to taste
  • 4 pieces of orange leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 lime, split into four parts


How to cook:
  1. Heat a little oil, sauté the chicken meat with a pinch of salt and pepper until discolored and cooked through. Drain.
  2. Sauté the tom yum seasoning until fragrant and cooked, add the oyster sauce, chilli sauce, mix well.
  3. Add the rice and mix well with the seasoning, insert the slices of orange leaves. Mix well.
  4. Serve with lime slices.
