How to make fried rice (nasi goreng mentega)

Ingredients:
  • 1 serving of rice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cloves shallots
  • Leeks
  • 2 chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • A little fish sauce
  • Salt, sugar, chicken broth


How to cook:

  1. Thinly slice the garlic and red. Set aside.
  2. Fry the scrambled eggs, then set aside.
  3. Heat a frying pan, add butter and butter, add onions, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Put the eggs, stir-fry briefly, add a little salt.
  5. Add rice and soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, sugar, flavoring. Stir until well blended. Taste test.
  6. Put the leeks, stir briefly.
  7. Fried rice is ready to be served.
