How to make fried rice (nasi goreng kacang terasi )

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste according to taste
  • 750 grams of white rice
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 leek, cut into pieces


Seasonings are smooth:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 shallots
  • 7 red chilies
  • 3 red cayenne peppers
  • 2 tsp terrazzo
  • 2 roasted hazelnuts


Complementary materials:

- 1 cucumber, cut into round pieces

- 1 stick celery, thinly sliced

- 2 eggs, make it into an omelette

- 1 red tomato, cut into round pieces


How to cook:

  1. Sauté the spices finely and spring onions while continuing to stir until cooked through. For the level of spiciness can be adjusted to taste.
  2. Add the rice and sweet soy sauce, then mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste, stir, and cook until the seasoning is pervasive.
