How to make fried rice (nasi goreng mawut rumahan sederhana )

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • Mustard leaves (to taste)
  • 1 plate full of rice
  • 1 leek (finely chopped)
  • Cooking oil (to taste)
  • 2 sausages (sliced to taste)
  • Diced fried chicken meat (to taste)
  • 5 meatballs (sliced to taste)
  • 1 carrot (thin round slice)
  • Peas (to taste)


Seasonings are smooth:

  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Powdered chicken broth (to taste)
  • 5 cayenne peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 cloves of shallots
  • 2 large red chilies (discard contents)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper powder (to taste)
  • Sweet soy sauce (to taste)


How to cook:

  1. Sauté the seasoning until fragrant except for the sweet soy sauce and powdered chicken broth.
  2. Add the mustard leaves, carrots, peas and leeks to the marinade. Mix well and cook until half-cooked. Set aside all the ingredients on the edge of the pan.
  3. Put the eggs in a frying pan, cook scrambled. Mix with all the ingredients beforehand.
  4. Put the rice in a pan, add the fried chicken meat and meatballs.
  5. Stir all ingredients until well blended, cook until all the ingredients are cooked.
  6. Add sweet soy sauce and powdered chicken broth to taste. Mix well, cook for about 3 minutes.
