How to make friend rice ( nasi goreng Kampung )

Fried rice with this simple seasoning tastes deliciously steady. Plus the crispy cabbage and savory chicken meat, the taste is even more special and addictive.

Ingredients :

  • 400 g white rice
  • 100 g finely shredded boiled/fried chicken meat
  • 50 g finely sliced cabbage leaves
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp fried terrazzo
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coarsely sliced leeks
  • Complementary:
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Kanji crackers
  • omelette

Step to process :

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a concave frying pan. Sauté the spices finely until cooked and fragrant.
  2. Add rice, chicken meat, cabbage and other ingredients except rice.
  3. Stir over medium heat until fully blended and the rice is slightly dry.
  4. Sprinkle the leeks, stir briefly and remove.
  5. Serve fried rice with Complement.
