From SundaNese land there is kencur fried rice that can be tried. The main seasoning is young kencur with a distinctive aroma and a delicious spicy taste. It can also be added peeled shrimp to make it more delicious.
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 stems young kencur / cekur, finely sliced
- 100 g peeled shrimp
- 1 leek, roughly sliced
- 200 g of white rice
- Puree:
- 2 red chilies
- 2 cayenne peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 2 cm kencur
- 1/4 tsp pepper granules
- 1 tsp terrazzo
- 1 tsp salt
